The free scanner runs in your browser. Subtitle files, pasted text, title labels, sensitivity selections, and generated reports are not automatically uploaded to our servers.
Support and purchases
We receive information only when you choose to email support or purchase a service through PayPal. Do not email copyrighted subtitle files unless you are permitted to share them.
Sensitive information
Viewing sensitivities can be personal. Share only the minimum information needed for support. Do not send medical records, passwords, payment credentials, or private account data.
